Let's just say that racism can go both ways. On numerous occasions I would watch as African-American cashiers were polite to African-American customers and then rude to me, a Caucasian. They have lost a customer.

Not the best customer service. I had trouble with my pump after prepayment but wasn’t able to get my fuel. A Caucasian clerk said it was nothing she could do about it. She was not accommodating at all. So I ended up losing $20 in fuel that someone else got. Would not recommend this station.

They have the most DISRESPECTFUL and disgusting ATTITUDE EVER!!! The whole staff… From the Black Lady with the Long Drawstring Ponytail that she wears every time. From The White Lady Lauren!!
Then they hired more people to do the same too.
The ice cream machine is never working. It’s the Winter Time!! How the Hell you can forget to put more mix in the ice cream machine. THEN WANT TO CHARGE FOR THE CUP AND CONE!!!
YALL claim they fix it.
The food bar is always nasty and the bathroom never have tissue. Smells so bad!

Oh man I want to love it but the roller dogs are never going when I need them. I bought a bacon addict burger and there is no bacon on it. That one middle-aged lady is always so mean. They're 24 hours so I'm here for it. It is what it is. Be safe. Been coming here for about 9 years. The service is always okay. Not good. Not bad but I can at least get a pack of cigarettes 24 hours ?.

Coffee is great, and at times, I get 50 cents per gallon off E85 gas!!!!!

The employee Trent will not take No as an answer, after multiple times for asking for social media and number I no longer feel comfortable coming to this thortons and neither does my little sister because Trent creeps her out.

cashier you have a nasty attitude. After I came into the store from outside asked for a refill of coffee and a $50 on my gas tank. She asked me the nasty attitude did I bring the cup in. I literally just walked in the door went straight to the countertop. Did she charge me for a regular 20 oz and when I questioned the money. She didn't give me my correct change two other ladies had to actually help me fix and get my correct change. She argued that she gave me the right amount was she shorted me the money

Went I. To this locate to pay for gas with the cash n coin I couldn’t put in a atm, was told there was no room for quarters not like I was giving Pennies ? but anyways gave the cash n was off a dollar from what I said so the attendant stopped our gas while we were filling n said I was a dollar off like I could oh went in to give the dollar like that made no sense clearly she was bored with her day to be that petty

Came her to get gas with the cash n change I can't put in an atm was told there was no room for quarters so I gave cash but I was a dollar off after being told my quarters weren't excepted like I could've gave the dollar short we were waiting about 5 minutes til they reset the pump
