The SLOWEST US BANK...I am not sure what the problem is, but the drive thru awful. They need to do better.

The older woman supervisor is absolutely rude, ill mannered. How does someone like that get promoted in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Disgusting. Speak well to others or find a job where you're working alone. Make it make sense!
This is an unfortunate review because the 2 tellers working were so polite and helpful.
