Don’t even know where to start…. Maybe when I signed up originally for the 3yr deal. Apparently it doesn’t cover your child’s visit yet they’re happy to sign children up. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been called letting me know my glasses/contacts have arrived….go to pick them up and nothing can be found. I can’t wait to give someone else my money let alone look at my eyes.

⚠️? Please Don't Go Bolingbrook ,IL location ?⚠️⚠️?People in this location are Unprofessional ?⚠️I had lenses order and when the order was ready they didn't call me until I called them to check with them, they said :- we have your lenses from a week but we forgot to call youThen I tried to make an appointment for lenses class while I was on phone with them. They hung up the phone and they didn't call me back until I called them again , also after they scheduled an appointment for Sunday and I took this Sunday off they called to cancel it Saturday after I drove to the town because I'm over the road all the time ,I lose money and time with people don't understand how is the time is important , I think they couldn't do this if I don't have accent. but no one cared for our complaint .

My husband has not gotten new glasses since the 90s and I have been begging him to come in for their 2 for $79 deal. A nice young man named Taylor helped us find some sharp glasses to take home. Now I don’t have to worry about my husband killing us while driving. LOL

This location had great customer service, however, this location is full of rude customers who yell and never shut up. I give this place a 4 because the staff is kind and helpful, but the fact the customers are so rude really makes me hate the atmosphere here. Also I love how LGBTQIA+ friendly the store is :)

The single star rating I am giving is because of the excellent service that me and my 9 year old received during our eye examinations. Our examination experience was personable and fast! However this amazing experience was quickly forgotten after our customer service experience. We came to this location because I needed an exam to get new contact lenses and my daughter broke her glasses and needed an updated exam. The person who assisted us does not have a customer service bone in his body. We would've received better customer service at the DMV! I needed a trial pair of contacts, because my prescription changed. He told me they didn't have my prescription at this location. I asked if he could help me by calling another location near by to see if they had a trial pair. He refused to call. He told me it was pointless, because they don't ever have my kind of contacts in trial pairs. Keep in mind, in June, I ran out of contacts, and was supplied a trial pair until mine came in. I asked for a copy of my prescription, and he again he refused. He reasoning was because the doctor needed to finalize it. I had to demand for him to give me a copy. Also when I attempted to order contacts, he wouldn't let me. He told I should wait 2 weeks for a trial pair to come in, before I order anything. I was prepared to buy two boxes of contacts. He wouldn't do it! That is the first time ever experienced a sales person refusing a sale. So lets move on to the my 9 year old's experience. He didn't do a fitting or ask us any questions. He didn't even look at the frames we picked for my daughter. He just gave me the total for the two frames and pushed over the credit card machine. Then we were told that it would be two weeks until her glasses will be ready. So I asked if he could help me temporarily repair her broken glasses, as I held them up to him. I even asked if he had some tape, just to put the glasses back together until her new glasses are ready. He waved his hands at me and told me he didn't have any tape and he couldn't help me. I just said "Ok then. That's fine" ... He must of have seen that I had had enough of our interaction, because he tried to change his tune, by saying " But ok. I'll try..." and I refused. I was done. I can only be told no so many times... I won't return to this location. I received the bare minimum of the customer service experience. This associate enjoys saying "No"... Its obvious that he was not interested retaining customers, or making money for the company. My experience today definitely left a bad taste in my mouth when it Comes to America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses.

I visited the store on 10/6 because I had some issues with my left eye. The doctor checked and wrote me a prescription and I paid for that visit. The doctor asked me to come the next week for a follow up. Before going to my follow up appointment on 10/13 I called the store and they confirmed to me over the phone that there will be no charges to the follow up visit. So I went on 10/13 and after the doctor finished the check up the asked me to pay$35!!!Of course I refused to pay this but they told me they keep on the system as unpaid bill.If I knew there is charges I would not go for the appointment because I did not feel I need to. It is the store personal’s ignorance that I am penalised for…. This is not fair and unprofessional.

This is the first place I’ve gone since a teen to get glasses and this was the worst experience ever. The doctor who did my exam was great, but everyone else was unhelpful. They didn’t even try to help. They didn’t answer any questions, didn’t try to help me find glasses that fit, tell me my size, nothing. So now I just have a prescription that I don’t know what to do with. Guess I have to go to another place and let them fit me, and tell me what all the numbers mean and how to pick out frames. Terrible service. I feel like I’m where I’m started but out of money

Amazing customer service!!! I was looking for a particular frame produced by AmBest brand, previously, i was told it got discontinued and no chance to get a replacement.Ozzie was a huuuge help to me! He took time find that frame! So grateful!I’ll go back to order more from them ?

Forget about the 2 for $79, we all know that’s a crock! I paid $645 for 2 pair. I ordered the transition lenses for sun protection ( I’m still trying to figure out how they came up with that price) but the fact is there’s almost no tint at all. When I brought them back they said they could tint them more for another $160 I’m assuming that’s per pair. I didn’t stay around long enough to find out I was so angry. My last pair I got at Costco and they were tinted very nicely. Live and learn I guess!

Jess the person in charge was extremely rude with poor customer service skills. The other receptionists were great but Jess has extremely poor low quality of handling customers and speaking to them. She is a poor representation. Everyone else was very helpful and nice.

First time at this facility Dr. Tiffany Portillo showed extreme professionalism explained everything thoroughly had a great experience and Alana was extremely helpful when picking out my two pairs of frames for my prescription.

I had a fantastic experience, and continue to chose americas best as my optometrist. Alana at the bolingbrook location helped me finalize my visit. Amazing staff and a friendly attitude made me feel welcome and comfortable. Amazing facility, even better staff!
