I ordered matching sofa and recliner. This is the most uncomfortable recliner I've ever had. I tried to file a warranty claim online, but was told I need to call the store. After searching I did find a way to do it online or I contacted them online and someone called or texted me. I can't remeber now. I had to take pics and send them to them including the label which I had to lay on the floor to get the pic. I was asked if I want to put in the claim and then was told it would take 2-4 weeks to get the cushions delivered and then I'd have to set up a date for their people to install them. It's going on4 weeks now and haven't heard a thing. In the mean time, if I sit in this chair it's now painful. I bought a lot of furniture from them after I had my condo remodeled and saw a bedroon set I was planning to buy once the bedroom is done, but I'll never shop at their store again.

Our experience today was so great! Omar helped us get exactly what we wanted. He wasn’t too pushy, although he did offer up sellers, which is expected. He was extremely thorough and clear about each step. He was very personable and realistic to our needs and what we were asking. Great over all experience!
