Update below after this initial review....
I am so happy to be at AT&t. Dwayne always seems to go above and beyond I came from across the street. Xfinity. They were horrible. There's always like 15 people waiting to see a representative. And I left them because of the service. But I love AT&t. Everybody there is helpful. I only had an issue once where a man put in my new SIM card and neglected to activate it so a little while later when I went to use my phone I had no service.
Update. I noticed that They charged me more than quoted after I saw a couple of my bills. When I went back to the man that quoted me, Raphael the store manager, and he said he never gave me that price. I reminded him that I wrote it down while I was there talking to him but it seemed to make no difference. I started out being so happy with AT&t but now I see how they are when there is an issue.

I just wanted to thank Jon for helping my family and I with exceptional service and support in switching our lines from Apple to Android. It was certainly a process and he was very thorough, honest (which is rare to find), and kind. Ask for Jon if you need any ATT support!!

Jon greeted me immediately upon entering the store to help me switch from Android to IPhone, as I requested. He was knowledgeable, friendly, & professional in helping me understand the difference between the two products. I walked out with an iPhone 16 Pro Max 30 minutes later. I will return to this location anytime that I need anything addressed related to my AT&T services. Well done!!

Came in to get phones for me and my husband, Jon greeted us and was very respectful and informative. He was able to order a iphone for my husband and myself. Great service and answered all my questions. Very helpful again.
