The young gentleman Paul is an amazing associate. He helped me with my inquiry in less than 15 mins with a lot of customers he had to take care of. An amazing man! I recommend him for all quick services.

The store is great,But I did have a problem this morning around 7:45. I was dropping off recycled oil and this lady opened the door and said where closed. I said I'm not here to shop I'm dropping off the recycled oil. Like I've done probably 50 times before this took place.I drop it off at the garbage cans outside of the building. Then she said we don't take recycled oil and this isn't a dumping grounds. Never heard of this before.
This wasn't The store manager Maria.

She needs to get with the program.

I do not recommend coming here to have them service a battery change. We have a Volkswagon Tiguan which needs a computer reader to ensure all car data remains current. The reader didn't work and the mechanic told me there was nothing he could do and I had to go to the dealership and had to pay to get it fixed or read the manual and figure it out and he had to go eat his lunch. Not customer service I would recommend after paying $215.00 for the battery.

I was on my way out of town when I realized I had a brake light out. Went in wasn't sure exactly which one I needed.
Waited in line 20 minutes while the two workers were helping other people. Finally at the counter and ask which I needed. The gentleman was nice, looked up what I thought what I needed. Handed me the bulb, checked out and left.
Went to put in my bulb and it wasn't the right one. Took a picture since it was all apart and went back to return and get the right one. He told me they didn't have it. You couldn't tell me that before I bought the bulb and stood in the rain to try and replace it.
Ended up going to another auto store that helped me with what I needed. Luckily I was driving for my trip and not flying. I would have missed my flight for all time I spent at this store.
