I had 3 Movado watches batteries replaced, quick and they have lifetime guarantee on the batteries. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely continue to support this establishment.

I went to pick up a Li battery on Sunday, 6/22/25 at around 1pm. A quick stop, simple. There was nobody in the store. The clerk was talking to someone on the phone. He saw I needed help but stayed on the phone for 10 minutes while I waited. He could have put the person on hold for a couple minutes but continued talking. I walked out. I was a paying customer IN the store. Their employees need some re-training.

I went in for a keep fob remote programming for a 2019 Chevrolet it was done in good timing, I was given options on what was available and everything worked out for a good price. I definitely recommend.

Took very nice watch in there for a battery. Not only did they not seal it properly which damaged the watch they refused to replace the battery because i didn’t have the receipt (literally showed them the bank transaction for $14.09 from battery plus that occurred 13 days ago). Asked for manager “no idea when he will be in”. So essentially I paid $14 for them to damage a $1000 watch and not fix it or at a minimum replace the battery. Will be calling corporate offices Monday.

I recommend Batteries Plus in Bolingbrook if you need technical data for a specific battery. Such as: a deep cycle battery for a 12V sump pump.
