You can't reach this company to cancel an order, my order has not been processed yet, so there is still time to get it canceled, but they will wait till Monday and ship it only to have me to pay to return it. Not fair, I have placed many calls and emails to cancel, but no one will respond to any of them, will not use this company again, I did not know that Belk doesn't do all of there ordering that there is place called Market place/ beltoutlet.com that things are shipped from if Belk does not have the merchandise...May never shop on line with Belk again...
