They sell broken TV’s they even had one on display. They didn’t offer an exchange not a discount nothing terrible customer service, the employee literally lied and said it turned on when it didn’t boot once we came back to return it not a single I’m sorry and they even had the wrong TV the in the box which explains why there was no remote not only all of that but were going to have to wait several days for the money to return to the card UNBELIEVABLE don’t shop here👎🏾

Easily best experience I’ve had at a Best Buy, Cory went well and beyond above his way spent 10-15 mins insuring I was able to get the right items all while taking care of multiple other customers.

I buy most of my electronics on best buy. Since 2016 they gave me credit line and offer protection plans besides items regular warranty that come helpfull . Two diferent t v have issues they took them back no questions asked and I got better quality tvs now. I was hoping cheap tvs were reliable as the name brands but was not the case. I am Happy with they services and products. Also its helpful for Christmas presents for my family specially teenagers with video game consoles .games and controlers...

I visited this store to pick up an online purchase and the box was damaged upon pick up today. Cory and Rich the General Manager were outstanding to work with today. Rich went and picked up a new item for me at another store and had it ready within a few hours. Cory called me directly to provide me with ongoing updates and to schedule the 2nd pickup which went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Cory and Rich at the Bolingbrook Store for any of your Best Buy purchase needs!! Outstanding experience today!! Cory went above and beyond and his professionalism was greatly appreciated.!!! My thanks Cory for a great experience and all around professionalism!!

Just went to Best Buy to recycle some old electronics. Had 3 old VCRs, remotes, and lots of cables. Best Buy took them all to recycle. Good job Best Buy- Thank you!!!
