Everyone check your boxes BEFORE you walk out of the store. I bought a pair of $70 earbuds that ended up being an empty box with a charging cable. They wouldn't give me a refund and said they 'checked' the security cameras and nothing was suspicious. This most happen all the time and each time they get out of giving people their money back. AKA they legally rob you blind and there's not a damn thing you can do about it. What a bunch of crooks!!!

Staff not knowledgeable. Was informed that with wired video doorbells, your existing wiring could not be used and had to be new wiring from doorbell to an outlet where the receiver will be plugged into.

Was just in here. David in cellular phone department was awesome and provided excellent customer service with my iPhone and protective ZAGG shield. Linda and John Taruk who are the usual managers were not in at the moment but met the new (I believe is the manager) by the name of Rich who is also awesome and provided the right direction. Some of the staff that I had to to ask for help were Unprofessional, unfriendly and rude may be the manager was one among them. In future I will try to avoid to do my shopping in this store.

It’s Christmas season 4pm and they have one person checking people out and other employees standing around greeting and talking to each other. Half the stuff people want to buy is behind the counter. This is poor management. Makes no sense at all and when everything goes automated and they won’t hire anyone they won’t know why.

My daughters computer was fixed by the Geek Squad. Larry N. was incredibly helpful when I picked it up. He took the time to make sure it was up and running. Then he took off the encryption so it would be easier to log into.

I purchased a personal computer for my business partner online so that he could utilize it for company-related tasks. The online time estimate is one hour. Five hours passed with no notification; additionally, my companion was observing the computer in the store during the time of the purchase. Even the manager is unable to assist him when he returns five hours later; instead, they continue to present us with their problems despite the fact that we have a paid receipt in our possession. The computer is right there, but they will not let him take it. Instead, they advise him to direct their concern to corporate for resolution rather than them solve there store problem. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service.
