Bad attitude of the employees since I went to that laundry, they have a bad temper, they should get a person who serves the customer in a good way

Horrible service. Had to use the wash room and no one was answering the employees only door to give key to customer. Customer had to go all the way back home just to use the wash room. This isn’t the first time this has happened. A paying customer shouldn’t have to go all the way back home just to use the bathroom!!

My husband took our stuff there on 4-13-24. He started the washers, ran next door to the grocery store, came back and a couple washing machines weren't done yet - so he definitely didn't wait too long. He grabbed coins and started the dryers.
The sign on the window says, "Last Wash 8:15pm." This leads customers to assume they can still put laundry in the WASHER just before 8:15. My husband had just put the washed clothes into the DRYERS. 8:30pm hit and the employee said he needs to be out by 9pm. It is unreasonable to think clothing dries that quickly. He paid $40+ for dryer time, only to be told he will need to leave before the dryer time is up. No refund, just leave.
Additionally, the employee locked another customer out of the building with his clothing still inside - 30 minutes before closing.
We don't go to restaurants 30 minutes before closing, because that's just inconsiderate. However, when customers are permitted into a restaurant and offered a menu, those customers are permitted to finish their meal. Similarly, if a laundromat offers "Last Wash 8:15," they should assume customers would need to finish their business there. It is absolutely awful to send someone home with damp laundry.
Check the other reviews - nasty soap dispensers; dirty bathroom; improperly functioning machines; bugs, apparently; and overpriced machines.
He chose this laundromat because it was close and convenient. If you need to use a laundromat, pick a different one.

Place is clean, but a total rip off. 8$ for a 4 loader. 50 cents for 10 minutes and each quarter after gets you 5 minutes. The mat off 53 and 135th is as clean, and much cheaper, and works perfectly. I can do 9 loads for 12$ total in 1.5 hours max

A few machines weren't working, some washers were leaking, washer door got stuck and it gets super hot in there. This is my first time here. Gave it 2 stars since I was able to dry my clothes without an issue.

Literally spent $150 there this week and they gave me a warning every 15 min from 7:15-8:30 that they were closing at 9. Made me feel uncomfortable to put more quarters in my dryer at 8:30. I took my damp clothes out and will go rewash and dry elsewhere. Crest hill is open 24 hrs. I wasn’t even going to fold but at least wanted it dry. Not to mention that none of their washers (none) wring out the clothes properly. They are pricey and their dryers are 3 different prices. 8 of the dryers are 50¢ for 6 min then 3 min each quarter after… then some are 10 minutes with 6 min each additional quarter. I’m usually easy going but today ticked me off and I’m not going back.

The place is clean and has plenty of machines to use. The only thing I didn’t like was the $10 charge that was supposedly temporary but wasn’t. I was charged $10 extra and never ever got it back. I do not recommend using a card. Coin only…
