Unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed with services offered to my small business. Last week I had a meeting to discuss options available to my business. At the my scheduled appointment, I had to schedule another appointment with someone who was going to call me the next day. I cleared my schedule, and the next day no one ever called me. Since then, I have two messages to the same person that I’ve met with on October 28th and this person has not returned my calls.

Chase following other banks they want your money but zero customer service wasted my 3 hours to open business account -10 for front desk and -100 for bxxxh who was only one to new open accts.

The lack of helpfulness, courteousness and professionalism was astounding given the simple task I came in to complete. Three different employees, including the manager, sat there twirling their thumbs while I did their job. Honestly, what do bankers do now? What a joke this place is.

Christina the one on the drive-through is a problem attending people. I've already had two bad experiences with her, the first time she asked me to fill out the document to make the payment on my credit card and now the second time I made a payment for two credit cards and she got mad because I didn't give her the payment of both cards together but I didn't know that first I gave her a payment and then the other one and I think it's her job to attend her clients that's why they're paying her her job is not free. And I'm a client of many years, and now I think I'm definitely changing to another bank because I dislike the service of this person. My personal accounts and my business ones are going to be changed to another bank.

Asked to order 1$ new bills for a gift to a kid, they refused me. Different Chase branch did it without asking anything.

I have come here to ask for help with banking and financial advise. I also had to use the app when having banking issues. i had talked to Valerio when dealing with the online banking very nice individual very patient and well spoken.

This is probably the best banker I’ve ever dealt with in my life. This guy is amazing. His name is Anthony. He’s so professional very kind and he truly cares about the customers. My account was locked and I really needed help to get it unlocked. Everybody said No called every single number. There is to call every chase department every business account department, but Anthony was able to help me what an amazing guy even after it was 5 o’clock thank you so much, Anthony. I appreciate you.

Talked to a teller who was beyond rude. I explained to her what i needed help with and she rolled her eyes at me. She had a cringey tattoo on her hand saying "with love." Girl, is the love in the room with us right now? Because all i'm getting is hostility. I ended up leaving after she told me i'd have better luck at a different branch. Only one banker works here and they were conveniently not on site at the moment.

I'm glad I was able to read the reviews before I decided to open an account at Chase Bank. It seems like you have to chase them around before you get good service. I guess that's why it's called Chase Bank.

Anthony Sain is very professional, efficient, and nice! My account was restricted due to a check deposit from my wife, and we called Chase more than 10 times. But the chase call center doesn’t really provide any help and just waste customer’s time. So we went to this Chase branch and met Anthony Sain, then he got our problem solved quickly!

Horrible service provided by the rep at Branch 442. I got the card of Kyle Ciaramita not sure if this is her card. She tried everything possible to get me out of the branch so she can leave by 5 pm. After I suggested her to call customer services, I was able to resolve the issue. It is time to find a new bank to do business with.
