Looks like they have improved. Could use a bigger crew to handle the large amount of freight coming in but all in all they are pleasant to work with, Took a little longer to get unloaded do to miscommunication on my appointment time. But with a little patience and low key perseverance they are unloading as we speak. Good people if you ask me. Lots of room to get into the dock door. No overnight or street parking as far as I can tell. Truck stop less than 20 miles east.

Either you have an appointment… Or you don’t… Been waiting all day long they put people without appointments ahead of me.. the 9 o’clock appointment pulled out with still the Load on.. they had to go back to the dock to get unloaded.. these people don’t know what they’re doing!! Management does not help!!!

Always Busy warehouse. If you get door between 2-8 you will be wait line. Because that doors always busy. Doors 14-15 is fast. In shipping office there is no specific employee who is responsible for shipping/receiving. You have to wait until someone is free

Don't recommend this place ever, showed up a day early to unload & too be turned away because their strictly by appointment only. Come back next day check in at 830 tell me to come back at appt time at 9am go back in get a dock right away but than sit for 2hrs & 40 minutes.

Driver tried to check in earlier for 10am appt time at 7:55am they told him to come back at 9:45am, was waiting for the door since 10am got a door at 12:32pm empty at 4pm.

Bad service My appointment is at 10 am and because it is 2:30 and it has not finished yet and because of that I did not get good loads, they are going to be bored at work
