I’ve frequented different Claire’s stores often for my daughter and have never seen this kind of exemplary customer service. Hailey went above and beyond trying to help me, with ideas and advice and going the extra mile. Kudos to her, this location has a gem!

Very weird. Was looking around the store with my girlfriend for bows and some wanna be police officer was told by the employee that she wasn’t comfortable selling to us? Then said we still could buy it, glad it’s going out of business. Very unprofessional.

The location is good. For a small store, it appeared to be well well-stocked store. I gave this place two stars because the employee was not very nice to my sister and me. We inquired about piercings and she appeared annoyed; magically the minute a different person walked in to inquire about the same subject, suddenly her attitude became much kinder.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE and my daughter is mortified having to see her mother purchase our items and STILL BE ACCUSED OF SHOPLIFTING …MY FIRST AND LAST TIME … BOUGHT SOME EARRINGS, Then kept shopping, the horrible lady was watching us and even kept trying to take a toy out of my toddler hand while we were still shopping for him a toy … WE WERE RACIALLY PROFILED… JUST DISGUSTING AND HORRIFYING EXPERIENCED FOR AND MY CHILDREN!!!!!! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE START !!!!!!!!

My daughter had a gift card to spend. She loved everything inside the store. She finally figured out what she wanted and was surprised it was buy 3 get 3 for free. She got 3 stuffed animals and was so happy. The staff was so patient waiting for her to pick them out. They also offered to help her find anything she wanted too.

They had an awesome sale & I was able to stack my coupon with the great prices. One of our favorite stops when we come to the Promenade. Shout out to Natasha, she was so friendly and helpful! Thanks for making our shopping experience fun!

I had purchased body jewelry and I was trying to return it and wasted my time going back just for the lady to say they dont do returns and they couldve explained they’re policy before a customer purchases an item its not cheap either!

I brought my son to get his ears pierced as a birthday present and the entire experience has been PHENOMENAL! Store Manager Lin was very informative and attentive, answering all of our questions regarding the piercing procedure and aftercare. Cassandra did the actual piercing, and she is an absolute gem with the younger crowd! She took the time to do a breathing exercise with my son to calm his nerves a bit, then he said afterwards that she was very gentle-handed and that the piercing didn't even hurt! Great experience overall, if you ever bring a young one to this store for a piercing, make sure to ask for Cassandra! 5/5 stars, would recommend!

Would give no stars if I could. I had an appointment for my 5yo daughter for ear piercing. Right upon walking in the ONLY employee of the place seemed to be already annoyed. We picked the earrings and my daughter sit down in the chair. After the first ear got pierced my daughter got scared and started crying. I tried to calm her down, but the woman kept pushing us to finish because she had “work to do” ( noted there was only one customer in the store browsing at the time). I told her she can attend the customer and I’ll try to help my daughter relax. She then stated that my daughter’s reaction is “not normal” and at this point we should stop. I hugged my daughter and offered she can hold me when we do the other ear, but the lady stated that she will not allow “restraining” the child. I asked if we can come back in about 15-30 min when my daughter feels better, but the woman stated she will be busy and we would have to pay twice for the service. Some teenagers walked in and wanted to get pierced, and she got so frantic, she said we either have to take the earring out and go or leave the earring in, pay , and will have to pay again for the whole service when we come back another time. At this point I knew I’ll NEVER come back here!!! We took the earring out and left. This woman has no idea how to deal with children!! Instead helping to calm the kiddo, and distract her, she made the situation worse. This definitely not the right job for her!! Rude and unprofessional!!! If you’re considering taking your child for ear piercing do not go there!

I'd rate this location 0 stars if I could. On Friday, April 7th, my mom, and I went for the THIRD time to attempt to pierce my sister's ears. The first two times, the ladies gave us so many excuses as to why they couldn't take walk in appointments despite not having any customers insight, and how they were completely booked for a while. On Friday, we had arranged an appointment, and were asked for an ID, and then refused service because it was expired. The lady said she was more than willing to take a picture of a valid ID, so we showed her a passport in which she responded "I can't read the numbers on the picture, so I won't be able to preform the service" the picture was a literal scanned copy of the passport, it really just seems that this location does not like to do piercings, which would have been fine if they would've told us that to begin with instead of making goofy excuses for not preforming the service. We will NOT be coming to this location again.
