I set up an appointment to put tires on my truck. Due to inclement weather and not having tread (which is why I need new tires) I told them I would come the next day. First thing the next day I went in.. only to find that they SOLD THEM OUT FROM UNDER ME.

I Spent over $1000 to get new tires and sensors fixed. My appointment was at 2p. I got there early at 130p. Waited inside the store for a call. Never got it!!! At almost 5p I went in to ask about my car the clerk said it was ready at 245p!!! The paperwork was sitting on the counter!! His excuse was he just got there and didn't know anything about it!! It's a shame customer has gone down over the years!! No one cares anymore!! You used to be able to talk to a manager/supervisor to get things straightened out. I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!

I called to ask a simple question, but was continually put on hold. I called back after 10 minutes and was put directly back on hold, I called again and tried interrupting the guy before he could put me on hold and he didn't listen. I talked to administration and they couldn't care less that their tire department wouldn't answer the phone. I've bought tires here before, but this is the support I get when I need help? No thanks, there are other places to get tires

I almost never write reviews but I really want to show my thanks to the staff here who basically saved my life today. My boyfriend and I were driving to the promenade when suddenly my tire blew out on the onramp to I-355. I've never had that happen before and we had to pull over in a very dangerous spot, and it turned out that the old tire was rusted and stuck on. My insurance wanted a crazy fee to send someone out "just to look at it" so I took the risk of driving the 2 miles from there to Costco. They were closing at 6 and it was about 5:50, and I didn't even have a membership card on me. I explained what had happened to the staff at the car center and they had me pull my car into the garage, were able to pop the old tire off and install my spare for me free of charge. I truly cannot thank them enough, they solved what could have been a very stressful and expensive problem like it was nothing at all. Thank you so much! I hope whoever is in charge at this Costco sees this and rewards the staff who were working because they seriously saved the day for me and, and you have some awesome people working here.

If I could give zero stars I would. These guys messed up my alignment so bad when replacing my tires that my back tires wore out more than twice as fast as my front. Avoid these guys at all costs if you value your money and safety.

This Costco location's car center staff are the best! They are super friendly and kind. We got all our tires here, and they work perfectly. Our car battery died in the parking lot once and we got help from Giovanni. Great service and super helpful.
