This was the absolute worst experience ever. I have never left a bad review but I have also never been locked in a storage facility with my sister while two employees just watched even after the police were called. Management never called back to this day, it's been 9 days. This is a huge safety issue.

I do not care for having to get out to open the lift gate to the loading bay manually once I'm inside the entry gate. Once I pull out of the loading bay I have to get out to manually let the gate down again. In inclement weather this will be a huge inconvenience.

I used Cube smart for little over a ND I was very pleased with the storage unit I had. It was very convenient to get to and spacious. Micheal the manager has always been nice to me even when I didn't pay on time. I would definitely use Cube smart again and I would recommend them.

We easily reserved the size storage we wanted online. The manager Michael was very helpful and thorough, making sure we knew everything. We got to see the specific storage unit first to make sure it was truly the size we had in mind, and the paperwork was quick. Facility was neat, clean, and accessible. We didn't need any supplies yet, but those were available for purchase in the office. Our first two dropoff loads went so quickly and easily. We chose a climate controlled unit so I didn’t have to worry about older VHS tapes melting in a hot summer storage unit. Great experience so far!

I was able to book my unit online and even got a follow-up call asking if I had any questions and if I was able to access the unit. The whole process couldn't have been any more convenient!
