The staff isn't my issue. They are always kind, caring and informative with my medications.
My issue is with CVS. They make it impossible to talk to anybody. I cannot even leave a voicemail because the automated machine does not understand anything I say "let's try this again", "I'm sorry I did not understand".
Trying to transfer prescriptions thru the app is pointless because they don't even transfer them to the pharmacy of my choice, they send it back to the original pharmacy I started going to. I also do not understand why this location closes at 7 pm while others at 8 pm. I have to leave work early every single time to pick up my medications or have to send somebody else.
I understand switching over to online and managing everything thru the app with refills and talking to automated machines because it is easier for Pharmacists and technicians but if CVS is going to do this at least get it together, it's very frustrating I don't live down the street to come in and talk to somebody about a question(s) I have. Fix the online experience for everybody.

Very fast, friendly, and helpful service. They answered my questions. This is located in the Bolingbrook Target. This is a nice store to shop at. I've always had good service at this store. It's easy to find what items I need. I will come back in the future.

So I spend my time shopping in the CVS area of the target to use a coupon that I got at CVS. I go to the checkout and try to use my coupons and not a single one works. If they call it a CVS it should be a CVS. So aggravated that I just wasted my time

I always have a great experience I am acknowledged in a timely matter. I use this pharmacy because my Rxs are ready after my doctor's visits. The only inconvenience is the hours but I make them work!
