Awesome experience! They quickly fixed my tires without charging me an arm and a leg like other tire ships work so. Will buy all my tires from Discount Tire from now on

A family member of mine took a tire there to fix a flat. He made an appointment. There was a nail that came through the tread. The tire was fixable in my opinion. The service manager said "the tire is not repairable" and then suggested that tire and another one need to be replaced soon and provided a quote to do so (like $400 for 2 no name junk tires) My family member said "no - just give me one new tire" because all of the tires on the car were the same age and all of them had at least 75% more tread life.
So basically they lied to my family member and told him the flat tire was not fixable when it was, and that he needed new tires when he did not. I looked his tires afterwards and they have lots of tread life remaining. Look almost new to me.
These guys are crooks. Don't go there. They lie to you and try to sell you goods and services that are not needed just so they can get a commission sale.

I went in to purchase a set of Kumho Soul Majesty tires that were in stock. I thought I had bought the correct tires, but they delivered the wrong ones to my car. I didn't realize they were the wrong tires until several days later, after I had them installed.
When I called the shop later, they told me "they're all the same anyway." Now I have to go buy three more tires because that shop is the only place that carries that specific Kumho tire brand. It seems they took advantage of a 19-year-old trying to get their car back in good shape. Now I’m out an unnecessary $550. Because they won’t accept the tire in return even though since installation the car has not been touched.

Took my work van here to get my flat tire fixed and the experience was horrible! Not only was the service terrible but there was zero communication. This place is very unprofessional. Took them 8 hrs to fix a flat tire. I do not recommend.

So, I normally don't write reviews unless I'm absolutely blown away by a service! I had some concerns about my wheels that needed to be addressed asap as i just did my brakes and alignment. I explained to Niko what was going on. He immediately took the matter into his own hands and made me feel at ease! I was also amazed at the technology they now possess! As you wait for your vehicle, you can check in on the progress via an intuitive app! I was able to have a couple drinks at Bdubs, and remain worry free!!! When the vehicle was ready, I thanked Niko for his time and effort. It meant a lot to me to get the vehicle in on such short notice. I was thinking about going to Firestone, but I'm glad I chose Discount Tire! I always come back for their tire services! They never seem to let me down. I hope they continue this fantastic pattern of great customer service! On top of all, my car drove like a dream when I got it back!! I was bragging to everyone and saying what a fine job was done! I will certainly come back with my other vehicles! Thank you again, Niko!

4 hours for a walk in flat tire repair. I understand it wasn't an appointment, but how am I going to schedule an appointment for an unexpected flat not to mention I live an hour away? Multiple vehicles came and went (mostly dropoffs) not a finger on my vehicle. Time management is not this location's forte. For this and many more reasons I have been taking my business to Belle Tire. This stop was an emergency and they still managed to prove me right again. No wonder they're losing customers to the competition.

Professional, friendly, courteous staff. They do get busy and sometimes have to plan some extra time for your appointment. Got the rotation and balancing done, and everything was done properly.

Anyone who would ever give the Bolingbrook Discount Tire less than 5 stars is dumb!! I have been taking my cars ( a lot of them) there for years.
Niko is awesome and goes above and beyond to the point it almost feels awkward lol. Every other person there is also amazing and if I could I would give them all a huge bonus!!
If you pay for a Tire rotation with your oil change STOP!! Go to Discount Tire and get a free rotation and you will understand.
