Went today, and it was fantastic. The woman who helped us was friendly and very knowledgeable. She fixed our vacuum in less than 15 minutes and we were out the door. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend this place!

I spoke with Brittany H. from the Bolingbrook location this morning regarding a missing remote for my Dyson fan, and I cannot say enough good things about her help. Before reaching Brittany, I had spoken with other customer service agents and felt a bit stuck going in circles. It was frustrating to say the least because I expected Dyson customer service to be top tier as their products are. Brittany completely turned the experience around. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to guide me step by step through the replacement process, making everything easy and stress-free. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. Even if I am no longer living in the area, I would gladly reach out to the Bolingbrook location again because of the excellent service Brittany provided. I’m a returning Dyson customer—I own the V12 vacuum, Airwrap, Supersonic, and now this fan—so it’s safe to say I’m a huge fan of Dyson products. I’m especially grateful that Brittany made this experience such a positive one!

Gregory is a magician! I looked through YouTube & Google, but it did not resolve the issue. Truly knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He immediately identified the issue and saved a lot of headache and future problems. I would highly recommend.

I would like to leave a formal complaint regarding my recent service experience with Dyson.
My Airwrap is only one year old, and I have used it very rarely. Despite this, it suddenly stopped working. I brought it to the Dyson Service Center, expecting a quick and professional repair. Instead, I received the device back in extremely poor condition — scratched, chipped, damaged, and looking nothing like the device I originally brought in.
This was shocking and very disappointing, considering the price and reputation of Dyson products. I take good care of my devices, and my Airwrap looked almost new before the repair. The unit I received from the service center was visibly worn and damaged, which is completely unacceptable.
When I contacted Dyson support the first time, I was told that my model was out of stock and that I would receive an upgraded Airwrap i.d. as a replacement. I was asked to choose a color, and I did. I was also told that I would receive the return label shortly. However, the label never arrived.
I had to reach out to support again, re-explain the entire situation, and only then the label was manually created. This means I lost additional time and had to go through the same process twice.
In total, I spent hours driving to the service center, waiting, discussing the issue in chats, searching for packaging, preparing the return, and trying to understand contradictory information from different agents. And in the end, I am not receiving the upgraded model that was promised, but the same version I originally had.
I am not upset about the model itself — I simply expected a smooth and respectful service experience, especially given the cost of Dyson products. Instead, this entire process has been extremely inconvenient, confusing, and disappointing.

I am so happy. I enjoyed my Dyson vacuum and was disappointed when the power will no longer come on. I took my vacuum to the Dyson shop and I was so impressed. Gregory B. was the employee who help me. Gregory was so polite and knowledgeable. I walked in with a broken Dyson vacuum and walked out within 10 minutes with a working Dyson vacuum. Gregory fixed the problem with a one year warranty. I will always buy Dyson products and Gregory B. made me feel so special as a Dyson owner. Thank you Gregory and Dyson.

I can’t believe how quickly we were in and out. Love all my Dyson products. My portable cordless wasn’t holding a charge. I don’t remember her name but my receipt says, Brittany. She diagnosed, treated and helped me purchase another animal 3 upright. Worth the trip from NWI.

Great customer service and quick service. Very nice and helpful staff had us in and out for a cracked cyclone. Hopefully don't have to come back lol but if we do will be going back to them. Thank you!

Came in asking for a filter which I have bought in the past with no problem, and now ( Aug 2025) the clerk was rude and with an unwelcomeing attitude, he woudln't sell me the part without having an account, bad customer service skills.

was having a small issue with my Dyson that Google couldn’t help me with, but the staff here were incredibly helpful and kind. One of the team members explained the problem to me right away and made the whole process so easy. Excellent service! And great to have an in person service center as opposed to troubleshooting over the phone.

I stopped by the Dyson store in Bolingbrook, and honestly, I’ve never had better customer service anywhere. Right when I walked in, the whole team made me feel welcome—everyone was friendly and eager to help. It was pretty packed, but one of the staff (a young woman) still took the time to ask what I needed and made sure I was taken care of. I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but this place deserves some serious credit. Huge thanks to the team—you all made my day!

This service center is amazing. Gregory was a huge help with a straightener. After talking with the service center yesterday and getting no where, coming here to the Bolingbrook location, I got the help needed. I love this store and will always buy my Dyson products here. Gregory was the best!!
