To top it off, they offered to deliver same day which was the day before Christmas Eve. The top-notch customer service did not end there. The delivery did not go as planned because the TV was too big for the area over the fireplace. Mark did not want to disappoint and went back to the store (after hours) to redesign the TV legs to fit the space. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The next day, our guests were able to enjoy the football games on our brand new TV. This was my first time purchasing from there, but it definitely will not be the last! “Got my laptop fixed for only $500 when apple was going to charge $1500 for the same job. I had water damage on my brand new MacBook. Communication was great and they sent me updates as well and got the job done very quickly. They also send an email link with the portal you can sign up for and get updates and tracking info on the work that has been done.”

“WOW another great experience with Batteries Plus on Ogden in Naperville. Have an older cell phone that constantly needs recharging but I didn't want to buy a new phone. Went in there and spoke to Kristin and Tim. They checked to see if they had the battery I needed and then for any sales or discounts. Found the battery at a different Batteries Plus store. They both offered suggestions and advice especially in regards to saving money/hassle. A few hours later I had a brand new battery for my phone, neatly installed. Two very kind people and a great business.
