Normally I don't mind it here. But today I was rushed. I sat at 355pm, and it started at 4pm, and was done and rushed off by 420. My massage was literally 1 min each leg and my heels were barely touched. Also, my toenail does NOT curve like that naturally. He cut it weird. I don't like it. (My right big toe)

I have been getting acrylic nails for a year now here. I am always pleased with the service and they are gentle on my cuticles and nails. Also very reasonably priced.

This is not a bad place. However, there is only one nail tech I really like. The others, especially the ladies, will always give you what they think you should have instead of what you ask for. My acrylic nails always loosens or comes off in a week when the other nail techs do my nails. So, if you go there, always ask for the man that sits on the left side in the middle. I don't know his name. I never have problems when he does my nails.

I would recommend this salon to anyone!
Totally happy with this young dude “ Kay”, he is definitely my favorite!
Although he is only working there about two years, however being a nail salon regular I find him a top notch! Not only he has great skills but he is also fast! He also offers great recommendations for styling and color choices!
My basic no chip nails takes only 45 minutes and is good to go !!!

My manicure, and pedicure starts to break off in less than a week, when I called I didn't get any consideration. I didn't feel they have a good customer service. They only care about their money.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is rude and tells people to come back later if they are booked at the moment. My feet were in water for less than two minutes. The nail tech was rushing and cut my nails crooked. Waste of money

I have been coming to this salon since it opened with the new owners, under the name of Premium Nails and Spa. Prior to that, I came here under the various previous owners, so that is between 18 and 20 years. In all that time, I can honestly say, I have had only one or two poor experiences. Several of the technicians are long time employees who provide great service and are often requested by return clients. The newer staff appears to be well-trained and competent. I love the friendly atmosphere, the personal attention and professionalism that I experience when I come in. I have received numerous compliments over the years on my nails. Over the years I have treated my daughters, granddaughters, as well as my mother and her husband. They were all very pleased with the services they received. I love this place!

i go here all the time and am always satisfied with my service but i went yesterday the lady that did my nails was extremely rude and was very rough on my nails. i asked her for the first picture and she rushed so much when she was filing them yet she took a long time to put the acrylic on, she used way too much and they’re so thick and wide. throughout the service, i asked her to fix things and she sounded very annoyed about it. i payed 55$ for these and they’re supposed to be my birthday nails… my cousin is currently fixing them and they are so crooked. needless to say i won’t be going there anymore.

Not sanitary. The lady used an old pumice stone on my feet. By the time I noticed it was too late. She cleaned it with a used brushed and put it back in her drawer.

Had a great time here such a nice experience. They were gentle with my nails, listened to my requests, and I didn't get cut accidentally! Usually at salons I feel rushed and not taken care of but that was not the case here. I definitely recommend. I'm from Texas and over there I hate going to salons it's super expensive and I always get cut. I recommend going with Kay he was so sweet! I got a mani and pedi fyi
