This place was awesome. The assistant manager gave me great service. She was patient and answered all my questions. Even let me know the vehicle was just returned so it hadn’t been cleaned (it was a holiday weekend) and offered me other options if I preferred. Super nice team and no surprise fees!

We rent trucks regularly for our business, and two out of three tries, this location had called us last minute to tell us that the truck we reserved was not available:
1. First time, we needed a 16' box truck and reserved it online. Enterprise called us on the day before we needed the rental (called on a Sunday) to say that they don't have 16' box trucks available. They blamed corporate for allowing people to reserve trucks that are not available. We ended-up having to use a U-Haul instead.
2. We rented a cargo van, and we actually got the van. Everything went fine, and the vehicle was in good shape.
3. We reserved a 26' box truck over the weekend, and literally received a phone call from the location at just around 7:00 AM the day we needed to pick it up - (pick up was 7:30 AM) that they did not have any trucks available. Given that we need the truck for a full week, this really messed-up our schedule.
If you are renting for a small business (or any business for that matter), I would strongly recommend against Enterprise as they are definitely not reliable when it comes to fulfilling reservations. Their trucks may be fine, but that really does not matter if you cannot get the truck you reserved. I gave them 2 stars because the van we actually got was nice, and we would have continued to use them on a regular basis had it not been for this incident. A 33% success rate simply is not acceptable, especially for business use. I would recommend avoiding this location (and Enterprise in general, if that is really the way corporate runs things.)
