Sal was the best! I was running super late on both my pickup and dropoff day and Sal waited a few minutes after closing for me to drop off. He also helped set me up and made me feel less nervous about driving the truck. Overall great experience, will definitely return here if I ever need to rent one again :)

Abdur and the rest of the Bolingbrook Enterprise Truck Rental staff were personable and professional and, from pick up to return, they handled my truck rental efficiently and effectively.Upon pick up I was given a thorough instructional tour of the rental truck’s operation and Abdur even went so far as to show me where the 2.5” to 2” reducing sleeve was located under the backseat for the truck’s 2.5” receiver hitch in case I was going to tow with a 2” receiver hitch (which I was).I know that doesn’t sound like that big of a deal but that one small detail saved me about an hour of running around time and it’s this kind of attention-to-detail that sets the Bolingbrook Enterprise office apart and why they’ll be my go-to source for future truck rentals - they’re definitely hitting it out of the ball park in terms of customer service at that location as far as I’m concerned. Will and the rest of the team at this location are fantastic. He listened to my needs, and came through on a tough request. I can not say enough good things about my experience, good people are hard to find, and they have one in Will! I will tell everyone to rent here, and I cant wait to rent again!

My experience was amazing. my reservation was for 13:00, however they called me and told me that my truck was available at 11:00 and I would be able to come and pick the truck up. I picked the truck up and he (I'am sorry I forgot his name of associate E606KF) showed me how the lift gate works. Great service. Thank you.
