Took my truck in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation mid January 2025 at the Bolingbrook Firestone Complete Auto Care facility. After this work was done I noticed a pulsation on the steering wheel as I would press on the brakes. Prior to taking my truck to Firestone I had a brake/rotor replacement job done with another auto shop, I took the truck in to this same shop for inspection of the brakes and rotors. Since the brakes and rotors were still under warranty I was informed I needed them replaced because the Firestone tech who to took care of my truck over torqued my front wheel lug nuts and damaged my rotors when he performed the wheel rotation. I informed Firestone of the shop’s finding and was told they did not believe that was true. $250 later, my truck is driving again with no pulsation on the steering wheel. This past January 2025 will be the last time ANY of my vehicles will be serviced by the Firestone Bolingbrook facility & for management info: the tech who take of my truck seem to not give a damn about doing a professional job on my truck!

I Cynthia took us right away and noted my concerns. The process was timely and any mechanic concerns made known. Options were also given for additional services which was accepted. It was a pleasant experience over all. I do miss the coffee machine though. the free coffee while you wait and the phone charging station! I have gone here for years.

Called with issue, was told to bring it in, arrived, immediately serviced, as told of secondary issues, I authorized to proceed, took another 45 minutes! Finished and I was out of there!

I’ve had to miss Appointments due to Rescheduling by the Firestone Location.
I usually schedule via Your Online Portal on Your Website, and They usually write Me, or call ,telling Me that I can’t go at that Time I picked Online. I’m wondering if this has something to do with My Wheel Balance and Alignment Plans I purchased from Firestone…….Unlimited Adjustments as long as I own the GMC.
