Came in with an issue with a Samsung phone. Matt (Matty) at Geek Squad was very friendly and polite, explained things clearly with a lot of expertise, and helped solve the problem quickly and effectively. Highly recommend this technician.

They don’t give you information that you need to know before scheduling an appointment. Went to the same location three times for the same appointment and they still didn’t fix the phone

This is probably 1 of the best geek squads in the Chicago area. I came in not knowing anything about technology and a really patient and helpful worker name ash was very knowledgeable about the software. He directed me in the most compassionate and considerate way before I spent any money which honestly made me want to spend money with them. I would suggest this location for anyone who needs help with their technology. Ash made me really comfortable bringing all of my appliances that I have trouble with to this location.

Horrible customer service, takes forever to get anything done, if they give you an estimated date of completion triple that time.

Abraham in the geek squad was amazing! He tried his best went above and beyond to assist us. Our phone was locked and he could’ve just sent us to apple to get it resolved but he took his time and called apple to schedule us an appointment. He was very patient with us.

Have been dealing with a bad car installation. Since May. The store never picks up the phone. Went to the store was told to contact customer service a month later customer service is giving me the run around telling me go back to the store. Again no one answers the phone. Emailed the President of the geek squad and technology. No response. I've never dealt with a worse company who does not care. Chat has me go through a bunch a questions then tells me because I didn't buy it it was a gift they had to talk to my mom. Never really responded to her and now can't find her conversation. Really.
