Joel and the gang at the Bolingbrook store were fast and efficient. I had called ahead to get pricing. They were cheaper than their closest competitor. Plus, they showed great courtesy to my service animal. Their location is convenient and their waiting room is comfortable, for the brief time I had to wait. I'll be back again.

Customer Service is outstanding went for an oil change today was informed that I still had 2000 miles to go reset my oil speedometer and top off everything. It’s a wonderful thing, not to be taken advantage of wonderful service. Thank you

The guys here are super cool and very informational on what services I need to think about the next time I can come in. Today they took care of my brakes and oil change. While they don’t have a coffee machine like the dealership, I would rather have their customer service than coffee. I always feel like I’m getting ripped off at the dealership, but here.. that is the least of my worries! My car is running super smooth now.

My skid plate was half off so I stopped at Grease Monkey and they were able to take it off without having to wait in line. Amazing service! Highly recommended!
