The staff were friendly, but the quality of work was disappointing. The haircut was rushed, taking only about three minutes, with the same length cut in the front and back. Unfortunately, this was my second visit, and I would not return.

Stylist was not interested to cut the hair… She just took 5-7 mins to cut my hair…. She didn’t cut but chopped it. It doesn’t look like a professional haircut. Never going back to that location.

I am deeply disturbed by public Facebook posts made by a stylist name Heather Moore at this salon. Heather shared images of customers receipts that included full names and partial credit card information which is a serious violation of privacy. What’s worse, these receipts were accompanied by racially charged and discriminatory commentary, targeting customers based on race and language ability. This behavior is completely unacceptable in any professional setting and reflects extremely poorly on the business. Customers deserve respect, confidentiality, and equal treatment regardless of background or ethnicity. My husband is an attorney, and I will be speaking with him to determine whether legal action may be warranted in this situation. If so, I will make every effort to contact the individuals whose personal and financial information was posted to see if they would like to pursue legal action as well. The combination of sensitive personal data being shared publicly along with clear discriminatory remarks is incredibly serious. I hope the salon will take swift action to investigate this and ensure that this type of behavior is not tolerated or repeated.

This afternoon I went for a simple trim and left with an education on the best cut for my curly hair. Sarah G took her time with my hair to make sure she cut the right length. She gave me the mirror several times to make sure my hair was cut just right. She even suggested a curly wolf cut for next time. She is amazing! I'll be back.

Got in quickly. Literally needed just a buzz down to a 2. Such an easy hair cut. She spent like 3 minutes cutting my hair. At first i thought wonderful she's good and efficient at her job, until I got home and noticed tons of my hair was missed. She never went over it in different directions, left a dozen or so straggler bangs hairs. How do you screw up a buzz cut?! Didn't do my neckline well.
Oh, and they only accepted cash. lol. So they could get more tips I bet.

I had been to this location and the stylist did not know what she was doing. Looked like she was not at all trained. She took more than an hour for just trimming and my hair looked still the same . She did not wet my hair and started working taking just few dry strands. I never had haircut without wetting the hair. Then the other stylist came n fixed it but I was not happy coz I wasted 2 hours . On top of this the one who fixed my hair wanted me to tip the one who spoiled my hair. When I said I don’t want to she just threw the receipt on me. When I am not happy with the service why should I tip her . Tips are for good customer service and if the customer is happy they will tip . Are they not getting paid for the job . Then why forcing customers for tips.it totally depends on the customers to tip or no . Its their personal preference.

i had a horrible experience. I asked for a medium fade and an inch off the top, that was all. The woman that cut my hair didn't even know what a medium fade was. she gave me an uneven haircut. she also cut my beard when i didn't asked for that, she also made it uneven!!!!! she had the audacity to ask for a tip!!!! If you want a shit haircut 20$ is what it costs

My experience at this place was terrible. The person who cut my hair had no idea what she was doing. I wish I could get a refund on my hair cut. My hair is completely uneven. If there were options to rate below 1 star I would rate it a -infinity. That's how bad this haircut was. Not to mention but it was CELIA who cut my hair. I am seriously mad about my haircut. The worst hairstylist out there. Also, when I said no to giving a tip when I was paying she literally looked at me waiting for a tip, like you are not going to be getting a tip if you can't cut someones hair properly.
