They towed my car after accident to their yard. Once I wanted to pick it up they said they will pull the car out of yard for additional fee of course and drop it on the street so another tow company can pick it up and tow to the service. Driver who dropped my car outside their yard haven't secured the car and it rolled and damaged my another car. Then they blamed me that it was my fault. Once I called police they changed their mind and were apologizing in front of policeman. Very dishonest and lying people with no integrity. Owner is posting that they provide 24/7 service. In reality they close at 5pm. Avoid them at any cost. 0 stars.

I got into a car accident on July 28th. My car was towed here. The driver was wonderful. He even took pictures of my car for me since the cops wouldn’t let me do to traffic. I was told to not get anything from my car so to busy streets and that once it was at the tow yard I’d be allowed to get everything. So later that day I called up to heartbreak towing and spoke to Jeremiah he was extremely rude. After a stressful morning of getting into an accident not being allowed access to my vehicle or things inside going to the hospital dealing with insurance. I was hoping this call was going to be easy and I would be able to get my stuff and figure out the next steps. I was informed I would have to tow my car off the lot to able to access my belongings. When I explained that I should be able to grab my essentials Jeremiah informed it would over $300 to get anything. After a few minutes of back of forth and me breaking down in tears he agreed to allow me to grab my essentials not everything just what I needed for work. He told me it wasn’t a time to get emotional and that he missed out of all these plans his wife had made for birthday because of that days events. Completely unprofessional.

Thom picked us up when my Jeep died on the on ramp to 55 south. I’m heading back to Colorado after a long trip out to IL/WI/IN to visit family and this really was a bad start to the trip back…but Thom made me feel at ease. He was as friendly, kind, helpful and went over and above the standard grumpy tow guy service I have had at other places in the past. He helped me find a reasonable motel and even called the front desk for me to make sure they had rooms available, got a bigger truck so that he could take my two kids with me, and he helped secure my car/roll up my windows when he dropped it off at the mechanic. I asked him what garage he might recommend and he told me what he knew about the place I towed it to, and showed me on Google maps a bit about the area I am stuck in so that I can get food and have some fun while I’m stuck waiting for car repairs. I would absolutely recommend Heartbreak based on Thom’s wonderful customer service. He’s a gem. Thanks Thom!

Towed my son's car, held it for $250 ransom. Was not clear signage posted. Had he not been 5 hours away we would've fought this. After he got the car back, the sign was put back up. They towed it at 3am, predatory

Quick and professional service! Litawa (i think is his name) was great! I felt like he really understood that having you car break down and your day gone skidways is not a fun place to be.
