Huge fan of H&M not a fan of inconsistent business practices. I went into the store to return a sweater I bought for my kid that ended up being too small, had taken the tags off and they were all mixed up with tags from other items from the same order so I just brought the bag that the item was shipped in and had the receipt for the item on my phone. Was told by a blonde girl I could not return the brand new sweater that had not been washed or worn because I didn’t have the tags even though I had the receipt on my phone and had just bought it 2 days prior. I called H&M customer service twice to ask 2 separate people if I can return an item that I just received with the receipt but without the tags and they said yes, I could Return the item to a store. I guess this is her first job being having any kind of power. Also, nowhere in H&M’s return policies, does it say that the items must have the tags.

I don't like being asked to pay for a bag with your logo on it to advertise for you. No customer service. Low inventory.

First time ever in the store. I see all of these red advertisements the racks of clothes so I pick out a crap load of stuff. So excited. Posting some friends oh my gosh you guys need to get here! So after all this time in this stupid store that doesn't open up until 11:00 there were like six people waiting at the door for like 30 minutes. Then I spend my time picking out the items to purchase. And then even though I was the first person in the store and I found these signs and I picked out the items that I want. I come to find out as they tell me that everything on that rack is not the price. Oh my God seriously? Then maybe they should select the items that they do not want to sell for that price and remove them. Instead of saying yeah here select items are nine bucks but you won't find them on this rack. Oh my gosh. What a freaking waste of time I will never ever be back here

Geese love the clothes, love the prices.. but the heat in there is crazy.. I felt so bad for the workers there. No AC customers in line where rushing to leave we ended up leaving because of how hot it was in there. Im mainly writing this not because of the inconvenience for the customers but for the workers. Please turn on the AC.
