The cashier Lynnea was super rude. She clearly didn’t even want to be there. Kept rolling her eyes and slamming our delicate purchases around on the counter. Half the stuff was for our wedding and having her slam the items around on the counter four/five times before putting it the bag was just not necessary.

Looked for help in the fabric dept. And could find anyone. When we finally found someone in another dept, they had no what I was looking for nor offered to get someone to help us. We just left and went to another place where they we happy to help us.

It's one of my favorite stores to go too.The products are very good and sales on items are worth going to the store.Always go there.I especially love to go when Christmas comes around.They have the best Christmas stuff.

I do like the place. The selection and staff are great. And helpful. 2 reasons for the 3 stars. #1. Inventory is constantly be moved around throughout the store! This makes it confusing and frustrating to find items. For both customers and employees! #2. They need to have some Sunday hours! I get going to church and all. But that doesn't take up the entire day! Aldi started Sunday hours years ago! And it has been extremely successful for them! My wife is always working on crafts. Weekends especially. She finds it frustrating to not be able to run into this store on a Sunday. To get what she needs.

Sat 10/12/24 Just left Hobby Lobby on Weber road. Generally , one of the best experiences going in the store.
Today; although the store itself was clean and stocked beautifully.
However, the cashier on front end was rude beyond words.
Never have Experienced such open aggression.
The ladies in line behind me were stunned as well.
I had a simple return and this was not what she Wanted to do this morning.

Great place to shop for all your hobby and decor. Needs great sales when they happen. Clean atmosphere, clean bathrooms. More than enough parking.

I got spoiled with the Darien Hobby Lobby Framing Department. They always did a great job. When I saw they closed, I brought an original vintage half sheet to this Bolingbrook location. As I was unfamiliar with them, I was a little nervous. It was unnecessary worry on my part. The team took great care of my poster. They ordered the materials, and I brought in the piece. Emily did a fantastic job right in front of me. Her care and dedication were quite obvious. She is a true professional. When i went to pay, the high level of customer service continued. The cashier genuinely admired the poster and made me feel like a VIP. She also helped me get it to the car. Well done, and thank you.
