If you want any help putting wood on your car. you have to go to the pro shop because of the rest of the people that I asked for help never showed up so thank God-Dean and Maria were very helpful in helping us from pro shop.

I went to THD to get a new dryer to replace our broken one. I can honestly say Hash in the appliance department gave me the best retail experience I’ve ever had. Such an uplifting attitude from him and I actually left the store happy (not something that normally happens after having an appliance break). The world could use more people like Hash in it.

Since this store first opened they have come around full circle. Every project we have hired them to do for us has been spotless. There was a little miscommunication with the luxury flooring as far as them having it sitting when it was suppose to be delivered but that was all worked out and they got us moved up with their installers. We had GS Flooring which is their sub contractor for flooring they use. We had our bathrooms done years ago and now finally got the rest of our first floor completed and it absolutely looks fabulous!! The crew with GS Flooring was so fantastic!! Cannot honestly say enough about them! The guys worked hard and were completely done in 2 days with no messing around. We got the Lifesource Flooring which is Home Depot's exclusive brand. Looks fabulous! I'll post some after pics after everything is all cleaned up and back in place.

Got an online promo code and didn’t apply. Called them wasted 30 minutes off my time just to tell me that it doesn’t apply for seasonal items when it does NOT say so in the fine print

Our local Home Depot is pretty good, but the sales associates can be hard to find sometimes. The outdoor garden section has great deals and their seasonal decorations (Christmas, Halloween) are solid quality. I can usually find whatever I need here, whether it's hardware, lumber, plumbing, lighting, or outdoor supplies.

Very poor management, me and another customer were waiting on paint department finally someone came just to let us know, sorry we don't have no one for paints, right in front of the paint area are the cashiers 5 workers just standing, " homedepot management" cross train your employees utilize better their times, make your team more efficient, give your customers better experience when entering your business. So I went to menards and purchase the paint I needed

Horrible Home Depot, needed to buy some building materials so I checked out at the Pro Register as my truck was close outside. They only had 1 person working this past Sunday morning. The customer in front of me had several items (Carpet, lumber & trim) that didn’t have a barcode attached so the cashier had to call for help to look up item numbers. After 10 minutes of waiting in line the cashier finally acknowledged the 5 of us waiting in line to say it may be quicker to check out at the self check lines. The customer being checked out asked the cashier why he couldn’t pause her order to check us out in line. Finally he did that to help get us through. I don’t understand why it took another customer to tell the cashier what to do in order to help us NOR do I understand why the SEVERAL other employees that were coming and going behind the Pro Desk wouldn’t hop on another register to help check out the long line of people waiting. I’m a “pro” at the blue store down the street and I’ve always had better service there or the green store on the other side of town. Home Depot is a last resort for me and this is another example of issues with this store.

I love going to this location. Always has what I need in stock.I also love the kids events they do every year. My daughter and I frequent them and we thoroughly enjoy them. Great place!

35 minutes for curbside pickup. Had to call the store to wait 6 more minutes. Menards has better price and less incompetent employees.

Have what you need...staff isn't great. Bought 10 gallons of paint and was given the "hold on" signal while they finished talking about restaurants they like.Be weary of the forklift if you are loading a flatbed with products....you'll have to move and wait until they are done and go back to purchasing.

¡¡¡NO BUENO!!! Terrible customer service by the hostile self-checkout and very Discriminatory! I highly recommend going to Loews 2 min. away where it's cleaner, better, and friendlier!!! SHAME ON HOME DEPOT!!!

During my recent visit Home Depot, I was disappointed to witness staff members following my husband and I around the store and staring at us. This made me feel uneasy and unwelcome, and it is disappointing that is a regular occurrence for us. Additionally, I noticed that we were the only customers be checked out for receipts before leaving the store, which is a furthering reminder that we’re being treated differently than other customers based on our skin color unfortunately, my experience is not much better when it comes to Customer Service when we were assisted in finding the wire we needed. We were shocked when the sales associate informed us that they will be following us until we pay it. This kind of behavior is inappropriate and made us feel like we were being accused of stealing which is not something that any Customer should have to endure. I cannot recommend Home Depot based on my experience. It is disappointing to see major retailer treating customers differently based on their skin color, and I hope that the store takes steps to address these issues and create a more welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers
