Manager was very helpful when coupon wasn’t added the first time. Super nice service. One of the guys even explained about some of the things going on in my car. Super friendly workers.

This was the worst Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been to. Can you say “GHETTO” I don’t like to use the word, but if the description fits, own it. The facility was unorganized, and the manager seemed sluggish—like they were overworked and unhappy. No one greeted me when I arrived, and I waited 10 minutes before even being acknowledged, then another 30 minutes for a different technician to rush in and take over my oil change when I was originally told someone else would be handling it. On top of that, he argued with me about the difference between Euro oil and the full synthetic 5W-30 that I normally get. The lack of professionalism and knowledge here is alarming—this place feels like a disaster waiting to happen. I would not trust them with my vehicle and will never be back.

They don't come out for over 11 min to greet their customers, I waited for someone to greet me then got tired of waiting and drove away, some of them weren't even busy, just standing around looking through the doors at a customer in need of service, what a joke!!!

JIFFY LUBE’S SYSTEM CAUSED THOUSANDS IN DAMAGE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Jiffy Lube’s flawed system lists an incorrect oil filter as “compatible” with my vehicle, and their refusal to take responsibility has cost me over $4,600 in repairs.
THE PROBLEM:
Their system wrongly lists an oil filter that is NOT compatible with the 2011 Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi, OF2222-MO10060. The correct filter is Mopar MO-899 or one similar in size and function. This incorrect filter was more than half the size of the OEM filter (see photos) and they used it in multiple oil changes, leading to severe oil pressure issues and catastrophic engine damage. The technicians followed their system, but the real failure lies with Jiffy Lube and their inaccurate parts database.
HOW JIFFY LUBE HANDLED IT:
Refused to acknowledge their mistake, even when I provided proof from a certified mechanic who confirmed the incorrect filter caused my engine issues (damaged lifters, camshaft, oil pressure switch, starter and 100% blocked oil screen from blown filter paper remnants requiring five oil flushes to clear). Ignored clear evidence proving the damage was caused by their system’s error. Denied my claim completely, leaving me with thousands in repair bills due to THEIR negligence.
DO NOT TRUST JIFFY LUBE!
If they can't even get something as basic as an oil filter right, why would you trust them with your vehicle? Their refusal to take accountability proves that they don’t care about their customers—only profits.
SPREAD THE WORD!
I’m warning everyone: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I’ll be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, and consumer protection agencies until Jiffy Lube is held accountable for their reckless negligence.

Went in for an oil change today. They checked the battery and they said the battery cranking amps were very low and wanted to replace the battery. I declined because my battery was only a few months old. I went to another shop to get a second opinion and sure enough the battery was perfectly fine! Jiffy Lube was clearly trying to scam me into a new battery when I didn't need one.
Also they spilled oil and coolant all over the engine and inside the hood of my car. It smelled like burning oil and was smoking.
I am very disappointed with how dishonest and unprofessional Jiffy Lube was.

Great staff and quick service, but trying to charge me $40 for a cabin filter that you can purchase on Amazon for $10 if frankly a scummy thing to attempt. I had the knowledge to decline that option but it is really low thing to attempt.

I wanted an oil change yesterday on my lunch break but had a few questions. Tried multiple times to call them but their phone didn’t work or nobody answered. Instead I went down the street to Grease Monkey and received great service. The guys at Grease Monkey answered the phone and all of my questions. Do yourself a favor and go there instead of this place.

15 min oil change???????????This place is terrible been waiting for close to an hour the staff moves like they want to make the service last 8 hours. Now after an hour they ask about changing my filter and transmission fluid!!!!! Really I want to see my daughter’s graduation in 2 years. Just paid for the change headed to car and they forgot to put the skip plate on another 15 mins. Now Shawn’s mother showed up everyone going to say hi!!!!!! This worse than a bad horror movie!!!! If you looking to waste a couple years of your life this is the place SMH Unreal. This place is a joke !!!!!! Stay away!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever. I went in for a simple oil change on my vehicle I had a functioning car and after they change the oil it would not start. He then was giving me attitude and as a customer who had a functioning car that came in for a service and not my vehicle is broken or not working properly (needing a new battery) he’s asking me if I want to push my car out of the way so more people can come in. Extremely rude and unprofessional never once offered any sort of accommodation or even like a discount on the battery or service since my vehicle was affected. Extremely dissatisfied and extremely frustrated. Terrible service and terrible customer support. I only gave them 1 star because it would not let me give 0. Go in for a simple oil change and pay $329.33 absolutely ridiculousService: Oil change

I had an oil change at this location in Bolingbrook on the 22nd of this month. Two days later I went to put gas in my car
turn on the car & heard a loud noise rattling sound coming from under the front of the my hood. This is my summer car to drive. This have never happened before in all my years of having my oil changed. I believe that the person changing my oil forgot to tight up the oil plate. Scary to hear that sound. ?
