I met Christie, (a store manager) and she was the most sweetest and helpful person you could meet. Her store had a very nice collection of merchandise and was very neat and clean. She was the ONLY ONE who told me how to access my rewards and thoroughly explained them whereas the other stores I shopped didn't bother. It's people like her that make me smile and feel appreciated as a customer, especially one that will refer others and return being satisfied with the amount of professionalism that she had given.

Julie and staff helped me pick out an entire new wardrobe- top, bottoms, and bras- when I happened to wander over on the evening before Thanksgiving with less than one hour before close. Granted, I will not show up last minute like that again (terrible manners on my part! I couldn't believe they were still open!) but they were incredibly helpful and I got amazing deals and such comfortable clothes. I look and feel gorgeous, which is such a confidence boost!
While there, I also learned that I can call in advance for one-on-one appointments and get outfits and fittings at my next visit. I will definitely be doing that! Thank you!

I went to visit this store to check out their bras. Since I normally purchased my bras from Ashley Stewart. When i walked into the store, it was very neat, perfect lighting, and a huge bra selection. Much greater than AS. I was greeted by a young lady who was very pleasant and helpful. She suggested doing measurements before we began looking at bras. Of course, my size had changed. She made a suggestion as to the kind i should try and let me tell you. IT WAS PERFECT. My size was not available in the store, so she ordered the bra online for me. With the option to pick up at the store or have it delivered to my address. We did run into a small problem with making the payment, but the manager on shift that day was very creative and amazing.
