Went in to get an acrylic fill- asked them if they could do the design I wanted multiple times- even went in early to show them the picture and came back at my appointment time. They made me wait 1 hour before starting my nails. Then she puts the color on and tells me that she can’t do the design I asked for and that she can’t take off the base color she had already done. Charged me full price. Then I came back to get my nails off because it wasn’t what I wanted, and they were done poorly, and they refused to take them off without charging me again. Awful management, won’t be returning.

Went in with my daughters to get manicures and pedicures. We couldn’t get anyone to help us. We asked them a few questions. No one spoke English. So we just left out. Very disappointed!

This place is a joke they are cheap but one thing I hate they talk to much between them and are very slow doing nails they need to speed the proses they are very annoying!!

I’ve been a regular at this salon for a while now, and I’m consistently impressed by their attention to detail and friendly service. The technicians are true artists—my gel manicures always last flawlessly for weeks, and the designs are even better than I imagined! The salon is clean, relaxing, and has a great selection of colors.

Milk & Honey Pedicure = HEAVEN. Treated my mom here for Mother’s Day, and we both loved it! Super relaxing, left our feet incredibly soft, and the free drinks were a lovely bonus. Staff was sweet and professional. Will definitely be back!

If I could give this place a zero I would I was told one price and was charged another me and my kids nails look like garbage 🗑️ I paid $218 for a waste of time NEVER COME HERE THEY ARE CLUELESS AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AT ALL……

It was THE MOST ABSOLUTE worst experience EVER that I had at a nail salon. First, the lady wasn't quite sure what a pink AND white fill was then when she did realize what it was, she told me that it is considered a full set if I want both pink and white filled. It is clearly false advertising.
Secondly, the place was dirty as all getout! There was mold on the jar that held the monomer (uv pink n white liquid) and the liquid itself was dirty.... simply put.. NASTY! Never again!!!

If I could give zero stars,I would. In all my years of being black I have never seen or experienced this much racial discrimination. Me and the other minority women were asked to pay for our nails before they were done. There were two other women (not of color) who were not asked. The other women were visibly disturbed by the behavior that was exhibited and even tried to complain but they were just ignored.I even arrived before one of the women and she was taken to the chair before me,she was obviously bothered by the situation and tried to make it right but again she was ignored.They do a terrible sloppy job. The services do not last and will have you landed back in the same seat less than a week later.I want to note I am not rough on my nails and do not work a job that could potentially ruin manicured hands and have been getting manicures done since I was really young. I have never had nails looking a mess after less than 48 hours after my service. Absolutely unacceptable. Never going back again. Not to mention the $25 pedicure isn’t even a real pedicure you have to pay extra for salt/scrubbing any dead skin off your feet,which is usually something included in a pedicure at any other salon. Do not come here if you are minority,I suggest you go to premium nail and spa where you will be treated not only like a human being but like a paying customer.

I showed them a picture of the nail art I wanted and they executed it beautifully. I have been going to this shop for almost 2 years and absolutely love the spa treatment.
