Helpful staff, great place to shop for women's clothing

We purchased a dress in store for delivery. We received an email they canceled the delivery so we went into the store for a refund since we paid cash in store. Manager very rude and unprofessional mention she can’t do nothing about it. Will not refund us our money even though we took the recipient and showed her the email. Now we have no money and no dress.

Titi (I'm not certain how to spell her name, I'm so sorry) and Lauren were so awesome and helpful and sweet!! I will definitely be returning to that store any time I need to go to Loft (and probably only on Tuesdays.) The clothes were all neat and the store was very clean. These women were so attentive and are doing such an excellent job. They deserve a raise x10!

My wife loves this store so therefore I shop here often. Always have a pleasant experience, great selection of clothing and a great staff. I would give it 5 Stars but they are always out of gift boxes and tissue paper especially around the holidays.

Staff is extremely helpful and quick to acknowledge when you walk in. Store is clean and organized. I can easily find sizes I need. When something isn't available in store the staff is quick to offer ordering online with free shipping.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel everything was super modern and clean with the convenience of anything you you would. The best part of our experience was Becca the front desk concierge. She was warm, friendly and so helpful.... A++ customer service that you often don’t get anymore. Thank you Becca for all the help and feeling as comfortable as possible, such a genuine person. Can’t wait to come back!

The store is always in good shape, everyone helps me when I need it, and they can order online for you if they don't have the size there. Love the clothes here, I'll be back :)

50 to 60% off sale today. This store has quite a large variety of clothing including petite sizes. The associates are always so nice and helpful! I love going to this particular store.
