Diandra at MAC in Bolingbrook is an absolute gem! She went above and beyond to make me feel like a total superstar. She took the time to find the perfect makeup that matched my skin tone flawlessly — it looked so natural, yet elevated. I felt confident and beautiful, and my husband even said I looked gorgeous!
But she didn’t stop with me — she gave my mom a full makeover too, with such kindness, gentleness, and professionalism. My mom was so impressed she bought everything Diandra recommended on the spot.
Diandra’s talent, patience, and warm personality made our visit unforgettable. Thank you for making us feel so beautiful and celebrated. MAC is lucky to have her!

I had a very bad experience with the staff at Mac's. The lady (I guess she's the supervisor or boss) is so rude,has an attitude and does not have a good customer relationship.They gossip about their customers behind.

I HIGHLY recommend the Mac store in Macy’s! Huge shoutout to Maria! The retail manager there... I was in such a mood after going to so many Ultas to get my MAC and the last ulta was their neighbor she wanted to order my makeup when I needed it then and there ... I use pro long wear for tattoo cover up. So hence I couldn’t wait and needed it stat! She could of just told me go next door they have Mac nope... then I recalled Macy’s does sell Mac ... I go in and Maria took care of me quick and just had the best attitude ever! I live by midway airport and don’t mind driving to buy my makeup. And even more now with Maria... I shall stop by and see her for all my makeup needs!!! Your the best MARIA @ Mac in Macy’s !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got my makeup done here and the lady was nice. She did my makeup nice except for my eyebrows. I should of showed her a picture of the eyebrows that I wanted. I end up going to a friend party after I got my makeup done and I look like the joker in every picture that we took. I asked for kinda high eyebrows and that's what she gave me literally. I look pretty with joker eyebrows. I wish I would of listen to my friend. She said the makeup was beautiful but remove the eyebrows. I didn't now I'm tagged all over Facebook for those eyebrows.
