I went to exchange a pair of shoes; Yazmine checked the system and saw there was one pair left in the store. She went above and beyond by helping me look for the pair and checked the back so I wouldn’t leave empty handed. Keep in mind she was in another department. If sales associates were more like her, they’d probably be able to sell more. She was also super friendly. Thank you for helping me find the shoes I wanted!! :)

I was really disappointed to know that I could only use my birthday rewards on regular-priced items. They didn't work on sale or clearance items, which was frustrating. Last year, I was able to use my rewards on clearance and sale items, but this time, they changed the policy, and it's really disappointing.

I hadn't visited Macy's for a long time. When I do, I usually go to the perfume section. What a surprise, I found that only one older lady had to serve all the people there. All the customers asked us, "Are you the only one?" That's not right. That's not proper service, especially during the high season. The lady was very kind and attentive, but she was clearly new. As a recommendation, they should train those who work in lotions or cosmetics. When you ask for a sample, they concentrate the lotion on the blotter and that ruins the aroma.

I simply went to Macy’s to return something that was a top-notch brand that I tried on at home and I didn’t like it and brought it back and the Associate working the returns that jumped in to help out said I don’t think we should take this one back because it looks very worn. I didn’t have my receipt on me and I said I just purchased it a week ago. It’s not very worn I tried it on once I didn’t like how it was oversized. I took it off. I brought the tags Couldn’t find the receipt at the time and she said I prefer not to return it. I think that’s poor. She didn’t ask for any help. And now I feel stuck with a product that I don’t fit into.
If Macy’s put this in their return policy, I think I would consider twice about shopping there.
