Time is money and this place is a waste either way!
This was my last visit. I showed them a clear photo of the French tip I wanted, and they still couldn’t get it right. They struggled to match the color and kept speaking in their own language the entire time, which felt unprofessional and excluded me from the conversation. This is the second time I’ve been inconvenienced here — the service is slow, the results are inconsistent, and it’s simply not worth the time or money. I do **not** recommend this place. If you want better service and results, go to the Nail Bar across from Portillo’s.

I usually always come here to get a pedicure and sometimes a manicure since I know this place is pretty consistent with its quality of service.
But I just wanted to share my recent experience with them:
I went in late Thursday. It was my only free time before my upcoming vacation and the owner was VERY ACCOMMODATING. I was nervous since I knew they were closing soon and I wouldn’t have time to get my nails done before I left for my trip.
The nail tech that did my pedicure was super nice and took her time with it, even though it was close to closing.
And the owner of the nail place did my manicure, taking her time, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. And even offered my food as she was worried with how late it was getting and wanted to make sure I ate.
At the end, she stood outside the door to make sure I got to my car safely.
Overall, this place is so kind and has some of the most hardworking people. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go.

I went there with both my daughters to get a pedicures. We loved the service. Everyone was really pleasant. Made us feel so welcomed. They did a amazing job. We will absolutely be coming back.

Uneven nails, the tech didn’t understand I asked for chromatic finish so she put matte on and said it was $5 extra then when I told her I said chrome she said that’s $15 extra. No problem but she already put 1 layer of base, 2 layers of color polish, 1 layer of matte finish, then after me bringing it up she put 1 layer of regular clear polish, then she put 1 layer of chrome then 1 layer of sealant to seal the chrome and then 1 layer of top polish. So after 8 layers of polish on top of gel power, my nails are looking thick thick. Can’t believe this service cost me $70. Totally not worth it and the two Asian employees were very rude and did not want to listen what I was trying to explain. Would not recommend and will never come back

They are CLEAN and they use their autoclave devices to sterilize their equipment. They also take their time to insure your polish 💅 dries.
They are friendly and professional. I'm enjoying my time with their care. I usually only get the classic polish or no- chip for my toes.

This is definitely my go to nail salon! Mimi, Linda, and Maria did a phenomenal job with customer service. I was able to get a pedicure and acrylic full set within a reasonable timeframe. Everyone is very friendly and I recommend anyone to come here!
