She was caring, explained how the machine works and how to put it together, great people skills, very professional and also answered all our questions. Very upbeat and was always smiling and excited showing my sister the difference between the new and older machine, which made it easier to decide which one to get. She is a great asset to Lincare and also speaks two languages which is an extra bonus for spanish speaking people only. We hope to have her again as she was very great to work with.
