Had a horrible experience with staff. Attempting to use a coupon at self checkout and called for assistance since it wasn’t going through. The guy that came up to us was rude, had a horrible attitude, slammed the machine and startled my daughter that was with me and on top of that crumpled up the coupons telling me that I can only use one at a time. Which was no problem but he could’ve returned the coupons to me and not had to crumple them up in front of me. He then walked away while I was mid sentence.

Have not use this pharmacy for a long time, today I decided to use it, brought in a prescription which to my surprise was free…I was told to that it’ll be 30-40 minutes… I came back almost after an hour, went straight to the pick up section.. and was told to wait half an hour and they’re working on it… a bit upset because a long day and having pain and needed the abx… went to the lady who took my script asked again and was told to sit and wait and she’ll work on it… sat waited… no explanation got from either of the male and female staff, no apologies…me being so upset, in pain, hungry, kids and hubby waiting outside …. got wild and angry … took my script back… and still no apologies from them… I’m a healthcare worker…I understand but a simple apology and explanation would help and me thinking is it because it’s free I have to wait forever? I’d rather pay the … took my script back brought it to Osco and waited just 10 minutes…. I love meijer grocery but the pharmacy…. NEVER again!!! Both that staff today 1/11/22 should be taught regarding customer service!!!!

Their pharmacy just isn't the same since Adam left, everyone moves very slow while there is a line of customers, the pharmacist won't come away from the screen to work the counter if they're busy like Adam used to do.. overall I'm transferring my scripts to cvs going forward

Always so dirty, no enforcement of covid safety with customers or staff, horrible check out machines, horrible baked goods and bread, I'm not a fan. How ever, the pharmacy is great, that's the only reason I go. The pharmacists are very helpful and skilled.

I called to ask them if they can fill my prescription they said yes and then I transferred my prescription. Now they say that insurance won't allow 90 day prescriptions, have made me wait for over an hour because they goofed up, no apologies at all. It's like they are holding you hostage with prescriptions.

Pharmacy terrible Customer Service. Very unhappy I dropped off the RX and gave the Good RX coupon and they said they had to order medication and it took 4 days and when I picked up the lady at the desk did not use the Good RX coupon She said all medications when up. I had the coupon in hand with the amount and she just looked at me and then a man came up and said what was the problem me showing him the coupon I said I guess next time I will have to go somewhere else an he said GOOD! Wow what customer service. will not go there again.
