Crap service did not even look at my actual problem. Did not check my transmission fluid and lied about checking it.
Charged me $130 for labor that was not even done.
Gtm Automotive checked my fluids right and set me up knowing I have a guy that can help me out for only $30.
If you needed a trusted guy, go to GTM Automotive. They did so much and quickly got back with me on my car needs.

Very unprofessional first off. Were speaking about very personal things while I was waiting for my car in the waiting room . Checked my car and the next day I went somewhere because car was acting up and I was very low on coolant . This place didn’t even check my fluids as a courtesy. I will never come back

I visited Meineke for Mazda 3, rear wheels brake job. Advisor & technician advised me not to change rear brakes as it has more material to go, saved me unnecessary replacement.

07/18 - The manager at the store took the time to respond to my review and I gave Nick a call (the individual I dealt with on car AC issue). Nick was very polite and generous when I called and he listened to my frustration. He got the approval to refund me the inspection fee since they weren't even sure what the issue was and if it could be fixed. I would recommend talking to Nick at this Meineke location for an honest treatment as a customer looking for help.
07/17 - I was charged for inspection why AC in my car isn’t working. Gave me estimate for $450 and still
They were not sure if they can fix it. Is this a joke? What you charged me for and what is this estimate for?

My air conditioning was blowing cool, not cold air. In 90+ degree heat, it was brutal to drive. The mechanic at Meineke checked the system for leaks and added some much needed freon to the system. When I got in my car after they brought it out, I had to turn down the fan because it was too cold in the car. Great outcome, fair price, and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this provider!
