I felt disrespected when I tried to return an online purchase at a store. Two clerks, a young man ( probably his name is Mike) and a young woman, were at the checkout, each helping a customer. I was the only one in line, but the woman left her post after finishing with her customer, and Mike kept telling me, "I'll be with you in a minute." I waited for almost 10 minutes, and then he left the desk too! After a couple of minutes, a different associate finally came to help me. I'm not sure why they treated me so poorly - maybe it was because of how I look? Whatever the reason, I left the store feeling disrespected and won't be back.

Expect problems with tuxedo rentals, from fitting to pickup to return.Bring someone with you at fitting who understands how suits should fit.Allow enough time for them to re-order items that are the wrong size.Be extremely careful to return the garments with all the bar-coded tags with your name, because that will cause a big headache if it's missing.There seems to be only one person there who knows what he's doing, and he has his hands full fixing a lot of mistakes.Otherwise, everyone's tux looked great at the wedding ??

I came in last minute trying to find a suit for a fundraiser. I went to 3 other places and was told they couldn't do anything in 48 hours. Well I showed up to this location and the gentlemen measured me and got me hooked up with an awesome suit. He said it would be ready the next morning, but they called and it was ready the same night. I wish I knew his name so I could mention him. He was very professional but also very laid back. Thank you so much for helping me out!!

Visited this location to return an online order. Opened box to show salesman, he took out the item out of the box. Once he heard I didn't have a physical receipt, he told me that I would have to do the return online. Okay fine. He the proceeded to shove item back in box, like it was garbage. Stood there staring at me while I took item out and neatly put it back in.

Customer service is terrible and racist by one of the employees that was on staff today. When we walked in he looked at us in dislike. We wanted to return a shirt that we purchased online and he immediately said we needed a receipt. We understood that and told him we had the order confirmation receipt and he rudely said we needed the packing slip. When we clearly didn’t, I went online and started a return and it said we were able to bring it in store. Plus, I reached out to another location and explained our return and they said we are able to come in and do it in store. The man clearly didn’t want to help us. We will never be returning to this location to be treated like we don’t deserve to shop there. Hopefully this will be a learning experience for staff.Update: we went to a different location and staff was friendly and right away took care of the return with no issues. Sad that we had to go to a different location just to do what this store could’ve taken care of.

My husband had several new and unworn items to return, with the receipt mind you, and was told that this location does not accept returns if items were purchased at a different location. This is in direct contrast to the policy on the receipt and the Men's Wearhouse website. Terrible customer service--we will not be back.

Great guys and really accommodating. Went in for a suit for a funeral and they helped get the best for what we could afford. Would recommend if you're looking to look your best.

Service at this Bolingbrook store is unbelievably poor. This one guy was literally ordering me to extend my arms and take measurements. He was extremely rude and would argue with us when we had any concerns regarding the fitting or shade. I just handed back the suit and walked out.

Nice people here, but every time I visit this location I have to wait at least 20 minutes. It’s fine for a one-off situation, but occurring every time feels like a customer-processing issue.

I have to start off by saying AJ was amazing and so sweet. I made the appointment for all the guys in my bridal party and my fiancé, AJ made sure he got what everyone wanted. AJ was very patient and answered every single one of our questions. Please ask for him whenever you go. He made our first appointment so easy and smooth.
