I had an excellent experience with Sarah in the frame shop. She reframed some funky mirrors that I picked up at a flea market a few years back. She took the time to take them apart so we could assess what needed to be done. She also preserved some backing that had a stamp from the original manufacturer. Sarah power! 10/10 will use again.

I haven't been to Michael's in 3 years and the cost of everything was a shock. A lot of the things that were there to buy are not there anymore. The staff is still very nice.

Sara with the frames area was super helpful with our custom frame order. She spent a good amount of time showing us all options, pricing them, and then working with us to make sure we achieved the vision we had for our frame. To top it off, she was really professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with her!

I never have a problem getting good service at the Promenade Bolingbrook store. I was assisted by a very nice lady named Mia. She answered all of my questions, and assisted me with respect. Keep up the good work Mia! I will continue to shop at this Michaels!

It's rare when I come across a friendly Michaels employee sadly. I love visiting Michaels sadly they lack on merchandise such as stamps or stamps accessories and stock paper in comparison to Hobby Lobby. I am not a fan of the self checkout either but I use it if I have to.
