  I was a little skeptical when I saw the number. It might have been spam, but, I had just switched my car ins. Rita Herrera was so nice and reviewed my plan and got my premium down in just a few minutes. It was a pleasant conversation no rude questions or pushing sales junk. Just two people trying to get me a lower premium with good coverage. I'm happy.

  I recently moved, so I needed to change my car insurance. Rita is a wonderful person & agent, she patiently walked through the whole process with me, even though I was flustered & a bit overwhelmed, at first...I hate moving😅... She made sure I understood what I was getting(& reminded me to get my proration from my preview insurer🙏🏻), & though I'm sure changing states played a small part, she saved me over $50/mo from what I was paying with my previous insurer. I am supremely grateful for her & glad to be covered with Allstate... Also, & no offence to Ai or computer automation, I'm very grateful that I could discuss things with an actual person, who could understand the nuance of a slightly unusual situation. When it comes time to get home insurance, I already know I want to do that with Allstate too! Thanks again, Rita, you're amazing!☺️

  GREAT COST with GREAT COVERAGE!
  Tired of feeling depressed after seeking insurance quotes ? Talk with Rita you will be pleasantly surprise!! 🤩 I am one that never wanted to take that time to get insurance quotes because it is sooo draining and the cost is so depressing !! Well this year I decide to take the plunge and go for it since prices have sky rocketed and I’m glad I did. Rita was the last Agent I spoke with and now I wish she was the first !!! Oh well I’m just glad I decided to take that extra step and give her a chance, because she saved me hundreds of dollars keeping me with great coverage!!! Most important Rita took time to listen to me and all my needs which made it very easy to make my decision.
