Came in tonite at 8:30pm and had 4 little bags 13 gallon bag and a basket it was 8:37 pm when I got my stuff in the worker say no u can’t do do it that’s to much I told her most stuff don’t even go in the dryer we hang it no no no she says I’m calling my Manager well I know that it’s not her manager because I come her once a week it’s her dad she just not her because I came on different day this week this is not right of her and I left the big guy a letter someone needs to let her know how to treat someone because she was in the wrong coming from management my self I will make sure this will be addressed in the most positive way

The truth is that it is very dirty and the girl is very angry. I think I told her that the dryer was not heating properly and she got very angry and then she was talking to her manager because she is Korean and she was very rude.He looked at me ugly and another one went through the dryer and I had the door open because I was removing what was dry and he went and sawed the door very ugly and I told him why you saw it and he said many things I think he is not happy with his life

I almost didn't come here because of the bad review but since it was the closest laundry mat I decided to check it out for my self on my way to a laundry mat 3 miles further away. I found it is just as good as all the other laundry mats and this one opens at 5:00 AM!!!

Can’t go lower than one star sadly. The owner of this place should redirect his focus on how he can try to fine his customers or employees and focus on fixing the place up and fixing the broken machines.

Talk about nasty rundown and mold everywhere how can anyone as a business owner allow this? Not sure why Bolingbrook business section isn't paying attention to this type of businesses that are rundown. Never to return not even as a last resort.

We came in with laundry to dry our clothes and couldn’t.. our dryer broke at home ..they where eye balling us since we got there.. so told us we couldn’t dry there.. she told us we where not .. We told her we are paying for drying .. told us we would get fined of 20.00

First off, they have roaches (I've seen them with my own eyes) so don't sit on those counters or lean on them unless you want to take "pets" home with you. I'm sure that restaurant next door has them as well so beware. They use coins for the machines, not card. The last wash is at 8:30pm so don't even bother coming in one minute after even if you have one small load because that older lady will kick you out. They close at 10pm. Most washers smell moldy. The workers close them but they're supposed to leave the doors opened so the machines will dry smh. They have two vending machines, one for drinks and one for snacks and candy. There are a few seats in the front and yes they sell laundry products in case you need them.

I told the lady that the machine wasn’t working and she told us that we didn’t put money in it Which in fact we did she wasn’t very helpful at all we come here all the time and every time she’s there she always gives me and my hubby dirty looks!! I hope I get my money back!!!

Went to dry clothes. My dryer broke. Said you can't just dry, you have to wash+dry.
