Friendly operator, and the guys in the parts department are very friendly and helpful. They always try to help as much as they can. The prices are a little higher than at the Palatine location.

Jim is a wonderful salesman and great person to work with. Took his time explaining everything thoroughly before I purchased a freightliner off him. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

We currently have 5 units from NorthWest in our fleet. Jim has always been straight forward with us. No pressure at all. We have not had any major issue with the trucks yet.
