I came in to have a copy made of something that was on a piece of wood and it wouldn't fit into the scanner. He just said there was no way to get my image onto photo paper. I could have left and you would have lost a customer. I started thinking and then I asked him if I could email it to them and have it print out on an 11x14 piece of paper. Lo and behold it worked out. So I am a little bit disappointed that the employee was just too happy to let me walk out the door and he didn't put any thought into how to accomplish this at all.

i had an excellent experience at office max. the employee Kyla was helpful from the moment i walked in the door. She showed me the items i was looking for and also checked me out. She is so kind and willing to help. 10/10 service!

I had always had good experience with the workers for years for my business, and today the supposedly manager Darlene helped me and omg what a terrible service this woman does, they should fire her, she is too lazy to do her job. I looked at her several times, she didn't want to help me, no. She wanted to laminate some sheets that I need for my business tomorrow and she told me no, I can't believe it. I've been doing this all week with other very nice girls and the manager hasn't said it, apart from her attitude being very ugly, they should remove it because people like she loses clients. I will never return to this place that for years was my favorite, no more no moree please consider this comment "Manager Darlene" is mean...

be careful with this Office Max!!! the manager who is working there he is a racist, if you're not born in America is better not to show there after 2pm you want to print something. I stopped by to print some paperwork around 4:30pm and he refused me because he have to close the store and he have no time, he says is too much work
and he have kids home and he can't help me, for attention the store is closing at 6pm ??

Had a terrible experience at this location. Printed my business cards and the first 2 letters of my name were overlapping. Talked to the person in charge Pam and she gave me a number to call. The reason she gave is they have thousands of orders to fulfill. I told them if they are not able to catch this obvious mistake then they are in the wrong business. No more OfficeMax for me.

I easily ordered items on line. When I went to the store, I picked up another couple of items. I needed to return one of my online items. The return was very easy. The store associate was helpful and friendly.
