Phenomenal customer service!! And the shipping time is significantly faster than the companies we used to work with. They carry so much that we were able to combine ordering from three seperate companies into one. I am thankful to have found Packaging Hero!

This is an incredibly difficult review for me to write. Packaging HERO deserves all the five-star accolades in the world, but I can't bring myself to give one until their own packaging challenges are overcome.
Firstly, the good. Packaging HERO holds the record for the single best customer service experience I've received from any business in any field, hands down (Thank you, Sam!). They are quick, kind, and focused on solutions above all else. Additionally, the product is high-quality in both material and design, shipped quickly, and sold at unbeatable prices.
Disappointingly, however, both orders I have received arrived with nigh-irreparable structural damage. In both instances, tears, dents, and crumples litter the external panels, and numerous assembly flaps have nearly been ripped away. This unfortunate result likely isn't the case for palleted or direct delivery shipments, but I cannot recommend small-order purchases from Packaging HERO until these packaging challenges are overcome.

Packaging Hero's website had a large selection of packaging products to choose from, and once I placed the order the company processed and shipped the package promptly. Once I received the delivery, the order was not exactly what I had understood it would be. Upon contacting customer service, a manager promptly responded and rectified the issue. The company provides outstanding customer services and they have proven that they value their customer's satisfaction and loyalty. I look forward to continuing to order from Packaging HERO.
