“My wife had picked out a paint that was made by Sherwin Williams, so I went to their store first. Their people were cordial, but not great and they only sold samples in quart size or larger. I then went to your store in Naperville. I was instantly greeted by "hello, we will be right with you." Then I worked with Leslie who was great. The next day, I needed to come back and again was greeted warmly. This time I was helped by Jan, who like Leslie from the day before was extremely helpful. I was able to get the samples in sample size container, mixed exactly as I needed by Andy. My total experience, both days was fabulous. Needless to say, I will continue to make my purchases and have my painter make theirs from J C Licht. You are the BEST!Jack Ehlert”

“The sales girl at this store was amazing. I brought in a 3 year old ripped label looking for a paint to do touch ups. She helped track down the original store it was purchased from, called them to find the colors and recipes and googled images to help make sure we had the right image. So friendly and helpful. “I wish I knew that they can help you find paint to match your wall color earlier! I brought in a piece of paint taken off my wall, they have a system that will identify a matching color. It will be a customized color to match. I was shocked at how close it was! They even dried it with a blow dryer to make sure it was a good match. Staff was very friendly. A quart of paint was $20, well worth not needing to repaint my whole wall to cover a few stains.”

“We had an outstanding experience at the Plainfield branch today. We purchased a couple of colors off of the paint swatches online. Of course, we didn’t factor in for the variation from real life colors. The guys at the Plainfield branch willingly modified our white color by adding a tint to it and making it closer to what we were really looking for.They could’ve easily said no. But they went above and beyond to accommodate our request.They have found a customer for life ?”
“I bought tinted paint for my garage door. I asked Pedro if I could return the paint if I bought more of it just to be sure i have enough for the job and didnt have to go back for more if i fell short. He assured me that I can bring them back for a refund if i didnt use them. So I purchased 3 gallons instead of 2 gallons. I only used one gallon and went back to return 2 gallons. The Assistant Manager who was in the store at that time tells me tinted paint cannot be returned and Pedro is out of town and is not reachable. I had to eat the $90 extra cost. If I was told of the policy before, I would have maybe bought less and came back to buy more in case I fell short. Always ask for an email confirmation.Update: I had to change my review to a 4 star, just for the professional way this was handled by them. I promptly received a call from the Owner who listened to my case and acted promptly to rectify this.”
“FIVE Star Sherwin Williams Location. This particular store is my favorite. Everytime I go into this location they help me with not only color but how to get my projects right. Recently, I went in with a problem and they helped me solve it and then help me how to proceed with the other walls. Nick was great with all my questions as well!”
