This guy offers free alignment checks but told me I couldn’t have one because I came to his store for for a power steering issue and that he charges 140 dollars a hour until they find the problem and denied me a free alignment check as advertised on the window and I told him that I was going to let my experience be known to everyone he then said I am on camera and that he’s recording the conversation I said that’s fine I’m appropriate you are the only one that is inappropriate is it my skin color that makes you feel you can behave like this with me I would never support any one who does business like this and the mechanics don’t speak English so you have to go through him for any questions

Tried to overcharge me, the classic bait and switch. Missed a lot of things too.
Went to Manila Auto and Tune instead. Angel is much much better and more professional.
The guy (owner?) was pretty aggressive with me and I didn’t feel comfortable working with them.
Go to Manila Auto and Tune literally next door! Their service is honest and reliable!

Señor Palma was affront and explains in detail exactly what work needs to be done with no hidden costs and surprises. I always take all my vehicles to Palmas for all repairs and maintenance. Honest and reliable. Highly recommended.

Spread the Message and Stay Away!
I went there for an estimate on the brake job for my Infinity (Pads and Rotors/ front and rear), the son of the owner run the parts on the computer and gave me $829 price, which seemed like a saving compared to an estimate I got from Midas located less than a mile from them for $1000, from that same day. I agreed and left the car at Palma's Auto Repair. Two hours later the owner calls me and tell me that the entire repair is not going to cost $829 ,as initially stated, but $1200. That is a 45% ($371) increase from the original estimate and $200 more than the Midas estimate. This was a classic bait-and-switch, very dishonest. I have agreed to a partial repair, just the rear for $600, because I needed the car in working condition, plus I was already at work and couldn't shop around. Needless to say, they have lost my business; go there at your own risk. You would think that small mom and pop local business like this would be more ethical and have more regards for its clients compered to corporate colossus like Midas or other national chain; in this case you would be wrong. One star is too much!

Called in the day before got 2 quotes. I was told they open a 7 in Saturday and to beat the crowd. Got there they got me in, and out was still able to make my other appointment. They held up to their quotes, and my car feels better than ever! Thk u! Great work!

Eddie has a nice shop. It’s clean organized and they work on lowered cars. They are not afraid to tackle on a job. I needed an exhaust hanger repaired and I was done in 25min. Nice people at this shop. I would recommend them.
